Delivery

All prices quoted on this site include UK mainland delivery charges

Delivery will be by Fedex UK. Orders will normally be dispatched within three working days. Once your Items are dispatched you will be emailed.

Wholesale, Bulky Orders and BBQs may be delivered by an alternative courier company. The courier company will call you to arrange a day and time to make the delivery. Orders will normally be delivered within five working days.

We do not ship to any addresses outside the U.K. or to P.O. Boxes.

All items will need to be signed for on delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday through to Friday

Saturday deliveries are possible but may incur an additional delivery charge

Please advise us of any special delivery instructions in the "Additional Info" box at the bottom of the "Checkout" page

All our products are checked before dispatch. Once your items are delivered please check that your items have note been damaged in transit as soon as possible. Should your purchase arrive damaged please let us know within 24 hours of the items being received. This will allow us to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Couriers regarding notification of damage and allow us to submit a claim with them. A replacement item will be sent right away and the damaged collected. Claims for damage caused in transit received 24 hours after receipt of the goods maybe rejected
