Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Credit card or Debit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.
We can only accept orders from customers within the UK
We do accept orders from the Channel Islands. Any VAT paid will be retained to cover the extra cost of shipping.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery will be by ANC Express. Orders will normally be dispatched within three working days. Once your Items are dispatched you will be emailed.
Wholesale or Bulky Orders may be delivered by an alternative courier company. The courier company will call you to arrange a day and time to make the delivery. Orders will normally be delivered within five working days.
We do not ship to any addresses outside the U.K. or to P.O. Boxes.
All items will need to be signed for on delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday through to Friday
Saturday deliveries are possible but may incur an additional delivery charge

All our products are checked before dispatch. Once your items are delivered please check that your items have note been damaged in transit as soon as possible. Should your purchase arrive damaged please let us know within 24 hours of the items being received. This will allow us to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Couriers regarding notification of damage and allow us to submit a claim with them. A replacement item will be sent right away and the damaged collected. Claims for damage caused in transit received 24 hours after receipt of the goods maybe rejected
