Wholesale and Bulky Orders may be delivered by an alternative courier company.
The courier company will call you to arrange a day and time to make the delivery. Orders will normally be delivered within five working days.
We do not ship to any addresses outside the U.K. or to P.O. Boxes.
All items will need to be signed for on delivery.
Due to increasing delivery costs we have been forced to add a additional delivery charge per order to the following areas:
Delivery to all other areas within the UK remain free of charge
Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional delivery charge of £55 per order

All our products are checked before dispatch. Once your items are delivered please check that your items have not been damaged in transit as soon as possible. Should your purchase arrive damaged please let us know within 24 hours of the items being received. This will allow us to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Couriers regarding notification of damage and allow us to submit a claim with them. A replacement item will be sent right away and the damaged collected. Claims for damage caused in transit received 24 hours after receipt of the goods maybe rejected

Returns Policy
There is a 7 working days (starting the day after delivery) money back guarantee on all products that you find unsuitable.
We will collect the product(s) free of charge and issue you with a store credit or a refund equal to the value of the returned product(s).
We do ask that the product(s) and packaging are made available for collection in the same condition as they were when received by you.
Should your purchase arrive damaged please let us know within 24 hours of the items being received. A replacement item will be sent right away and the damaged collected.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Back Orders. All items are in stock unless otherwise stated
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
