I am so pleased with these new table and chairs. The quality is excellent and they look beautiful. The Lazy Suzy in the middle works brilliantly. The furniture was delivered and constructed by the owner of the business - he drove from Suffolk just to do this. The service was excellent. Thoroughly recommend them.

I had been searching high and low for a quality table set for the garden and immediately fell in love with this one. My favourite part of the set is the chairs. I simply adore the curved design at it looks very sophisticated and also happens to be very comfortable! Impressed that six chairs are included as I only needed four, but it is great to have the spares there for any time I have a few guests round.

What a wonderful table and chair set this is! I adore the ring design of the table, it is the perfect addition to my patio area. I’ve entertained large gatherings in the evening while also using it throughout the day with my family, so I am definitely getting enough use from it! The chairs are very comfortable to sit on thanks to the cushions that are included with the set.

I’d always thought that cast aluminium chairs and tables in the garden was the epitome of elegance. So, at great expense, we purchased a white bistro set with extra chairs, thinking that it would be a low maintenance and hardy addition to the garden. We couldn't have been more wrong. After only a few months the white paint started to tarnish and look green. It was slippery and looked dirty all the time. When I jetwashed it, the paint started to flake off in places. I know that shabby chic is all the rage, but I didn’t want it to apply to my garden furniture! I’d always envisaged myself sitting at my elegant table, having an early morning cup of tea, but this was impossible. I’d always end up going back into the house for a cushion and a blanket – the metal was just so cold! Our neighbours have long been singing the praises of teak furniture for the garden. We’d always resisted, believing that wooden furniture rotted and never lasted longer than a year or two. We’d been to their house a couple of times for summer barbecues last year and, even though they’d had their chairs and table for over five years, it hardly looked aged at all. The teak had weathered to a nice silvery colour. With a bit of teak oil, apparently it cam up good as new. So we did a bit of research and took the plunge ourselves. We decided on the Turnworth round table and banana chairs from www.chairsandtables.co.uk. The A grade quality of the teak looked amazing. I was dreading the nightmare of flatpacked furniture, so I was pleasantly surprised (and relieved!) when it came fully assembled and within only a few days of ordering. The chairs all came with cushions – we chose a beautiful green colour – so no more cold bottoms. The design of the banana chairs is ingenious and they are so solid, comfortable and well-made that it’s difficult to see why we would have chosen any alternative. Both and the chairs and table have been designed and made to the highest specification with comfort and convenience as the main considerations. The wood is silky smooth, which can be a worry with wooden furniture. But no splinters here! And the children think that the integrated Lazy Susan is magic. It’s so cleverly hidden within the teak centre of the table, it has become a real talking piece. It’s good to know that the teak itself comes from ecologically managed and sustainable plantations. The trees are being replanted so that there will always be a supply of top quality teak for years to come without damage to the forest or the environment. This year we spent most of the summer in the garden and the table and chairs were really at the heart of things. We ate around the table, we read at it and I could finally have my early morning cup of tea in comfort.

I ordered it few months back but after using it I could not stop me to write the review on it. This furniture set is fantastic for my family and friends. We all have fun on weekends on it. These chairs and table are constructed to the highest standards and using the finest teak. We eight people comfortably seat around this 6ft teak round ring table. This furniture is really smooth. The design is also really stunning. Super stuff!

I originally brought a garden furniture set from Argos but I had to return it because it wasn't at all sturdy or looked nice. Now, I'm not one for ordering online but as I'd run out of stores to go to, I though I'd better look online instead. I came across Chairs and Tables and the first furniture set to catch my eye, was the Turnworth Teak Garden Furniture Set. It just looked so different to all the other sets I'd previously seen and so I went ahead an ordered it. Delivery was quick and they even assembled it for me. I'm awful at putting things together and so I asked them how I would dissemble it, if i ever was to move in the future. They kindly showed me and even jotted it down in steps. I absolutely love this furniture set and the wood finish is simply stunning. It blend beautifully into the color scheme I've got in my garden. You can tell it's well-made too and it the chairs feel proper comfortable to sit in. I've had lots of compliments from friends and family. I would certainly buy from this company again. I can't rate them enough. Great quality and affordable too.
